Neighborhood Pilates is a modern interpretation of Pilates, featuring intimate small group classes (Heated, Full Body, and Classical Pilates) along with Private classes. Our approach is comprehensive, concentrating on cultivating strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.

Full Body Burn

Full Body Burn is a faster pace, more advanced version of reformer pilates. An updated take on your usual pilates class, Full Body Burn will always begin with corework and will keep you on your feet more often than in Classical classes. Expect an intense workout targeting your core, obliques, glutes, and inner thighs.

HEATED Pilates

Elevate your Full Body Burn experience with our HEATED Pilates class! The room is warmed to approximately 85 degrees through Infrared Heat, intensifying the burn during this session. Ideal for those who enjoy breaking a sweat and elevating their heart rate.

Classical Pilates

A contemporary take on traditional pilates. Each session begins with footwork and incorporates precise movements to enhance muscle strength and flexibility. Whether you're a beginner or a dedicated Pilates enthusiast looking to reinforce your foundation, this class is highly recommended for you.

Private Sessions

Elevate your pilates practice with a one-on-one session. Receive tailored guidance and attention suited to your unique needs and skill level, ensuring dedicated focus from your instructor and accelerating your progress towards your fitness goals.

  • Grip socks, a water, and towel !

    We sell all of these things in the studio if needed as well.

  • You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your class freely through your account on the website prior to 12 hours before the class starts. After that, you will be charged based on your membership!

    Unlimited Memberships: $15 charge

    Packages: Loss of Class

  • We recommend starting with a private session to get to know the machine and lay the groundwork for your pilates practice. Otherwise, our Classical Pilates class is the most beginner friendly and help you with your core strength, balance, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
